Return Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are deeply grateful for your purchase and support of our mission, and your 100% satisfaction is important. If you’re not completely satisfied with your reapandglow.com purchase, simply return new or gently used items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Your return process must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your purchase in order to be eligible for a refund. All gift and value sets must be returned with all items in the kit in order to receive refund. We are not able to partially refund or credit an incomplete set.

  • Return Shipping is free (US Domestic + Puerto Rico only). At the end of your return portal process, you will be given a return label to ship your items back. Please box up your return and drop it off at your nearest USPS Post Office.

Refund Processing

  • Returns must be received at our fulfillment center in order to receive a refund.
  • Once we have received your items, please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to process. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot change the payment method for any refund. Additionally, original shipping fees will not be refunded.
